An agreed non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a photography session date. If no deposit has been made, your preferred session date may be booked. The remaining balance is to be paid on or before the session date. The photographer reserves the right to change photography rates without notice, but the client is guaranteed a rate at the time of booking (rates won’t change if you’ve already booked a session at one price). If a photography session is cancelled, the deposit is not refundable.

If in the unlikely event that photographs or files are lost or stolen, MOS Photography’s liability is limited to payment refunds.
